How to make your own Pudsey picture frames! 🖼️
🚨 Be careful when using sharp objects, get a grown-up to help you! 🚨

1. Draw out the frame
Take your cardboard and draw two identical rectangles side by side.
Top tip: You can trace round a book to make this bit easier!
In one of your rectangles, draw a smaller rectangle - you could use a ruler or a smaller book to keep those lines straight!
Carefully cut out your cardboard shapes.
Once they are all cut up, you should be left with a frame and a rectangular piece of cardboard.
Next make a small hole at the top of the frame using a pencil and some sticky tack. We’ll use the hole to thread some string through and hang the picture frame up later.

2. Make the face
Grab your egg box and tear in half.
On the egg cup side, carefully cut out one of the cups - this will make your Pudsey face!
Next, using the flat top of the egg box draw out two ears and a bandanna shape and carefully cut them out.
3. Paint the face
Paint the egg cup yellow as well as the ears.
Using a smaller paint brush, paint a white base and then add on Pudsey's spots with any colours you like.

4. Decorate your frame
Paint and decorate your frame!
We’ve painted Pudsey’s upper body and arms, so when we add the 3D face later we have a full portrait. We’ve also used Children in Need spots to make a fun background.
Leave to dry.

5. Stick everything together
Once everything is dry, draw on Pudsey's eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth. Stick on his bandanna - you can use double sided sticky tape or glue.
Grab your frame and stick together the two halves making sure the holes line up perfectly so you can thread the thread through.
Stick down Pudsey's head in the middle.
Finally, pop your string through the hole you made earlier and tie a knot.

Hang up your fabulous Pudsey picture frame with pride and show off your amazing creation!
