Haiti Tent Tales
Woman walks past a cholera clinic

At 4:53pm on Tuesday, 12 January 2010 a massive earthquake rumbled through Haiti.

Over 200,000 were killed.

That was just the start of a year of woe.

BBC Caribbean has charted developments in Haiti over the last twelve months.

From the quake to a massive outpouring of aid to an outbreak of cholera and then a presidential election.

In BBC Caribbean Tent Tales, Producer Marie-Claire Williams visited Haiti to let Haitians tell their own stories of their lives one year on.

Click on the "watch" buttons as people relate their stories in their own words.
