It was a warm start to the weekend for much (but not all) of Wales.
Saturday was nearly, but not quite, our warmest day of 2015 so far, with temperatures reaching 16.3°C in Cardiff, just shy of the 16.4°C recorded in Colwyn Bay on 9 January. Not everyone enjoyed the early spring warmth though - it was cloudy, windy and cooler across much of north-west Wales, with a high of just 8°C in Capel Curig.

The weather's up and down this week with no two days the same. Monday is wet and windy, it will be drier and brighter on Tuesday, with further rain on Wednesday.
On Monday afternoon, there's a band of rain petering out as it moves eastwards, eventually turning drier and a bit brighter from the west, with highs of 10-12°C. But it's not feeling that mild - especially in the strong southerly winds, reaching gale force along the coast.
A brief ridge of high pressure starts to build in from the south-west overnight and into tomorrow, so things start to settle down.
On Monday night it turns drier and quieter - with winds eventually easing and clearer skies overnight. It'll turn colder with temperatures hovering just above freezing for most (1-3°C), so a touch of frost is likely as well as some mist patches.
Any early frost and fog will clear on Tuesday for a much better day - drier and brighter with just some fairweather cloud turning the sunshine hazy at times. A pleasant day with lighter winds and highs of 8 or 9°C but the spring sunshine will make it feel warmer.
It's a short lived brighter spell though. The next weather system pushes in from the south-west early on Wednesday, turning wet and very windy at times as it moves north-eastwards. It should turn drier from the south-west later in day.
Then it's looking dry for a time on Thursday, before further rain arrives from the west later in the day.
But once that clears, high pressure starts to build in from the south-west for the end of the week, becoming more settled by Friday and probably into next weekend.
