High pressure is back and the weekend is looking awesome. This is great news if you have any outdoor activities or if you are going to watch the Rugby World Cup. I must warn you it will be pretty cold by night so grab an extra layer if you are heading out. Once the sun sets you will feel the cold.

Friday will start off on a chilly note. Lots of early morning sunshine. Through the day cloud will increase and that will make the sunshine hazy but it will stay dry. The winds are much lighter so in the sunshine it will feel pleasant with highs of 16-17 °C. We then go into a chilly night as the temperatures take a tumble down to 3°C overnight into Saturday.

Through the weekend and early next week high pressure will sit firmly across us. This will bring a lot more fine weather by day. It will be chilly by night with the risk of mist and fog patches forming overnight, this will clear mid to late morning.

The weather is perfect this weekend we just need a Wales win to top it all off. Come on Wales!
