Strictly Purrfect! Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts joins our 2018 line-up

Our ninth Strictly star Ashley Roberts is ready to bust a move in the Ballroom!

After hearing great stories from her famous friends, she's decided to give Strictly a spin. “Daisy Lowe loved it, Flacky [Caroline Flack] said it was one of her favourite projects. Pixie [Lott] and Laura [Whitmore] loved it! So I’m excited to dive into my own experience,” she said.

Ashley rose to fame as part of mega girl group The Pussycat Dolls, selling over 54 million records and gracing stages all over the world with her bandmates. Since their split in 2010, she’s regularly been on our screens in shows like I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, and most recently, Keith Lemon’s Coming to America.

She also spent two series behind the judges desk on Dancing on Ice, but now the tables have turned and she’ll be at the mercy of the Strictly Judges! Let’s see if she can win over Shirley, Bruno, Darcey and Craig with her all-American charm and shiny new moves...
