EXCLUSIVE: Training Video - Audley Harrison and Natalie Lowe AND Russell Grant and Flavia Cacace

What a contrast these two are. Both seem to be working ahrd and have ideal partners. Roll on Friday.

I agree with you Mrs Arcanum. They both have a degree of talent in there and if Natalie and Flavia can exploit it to the max they could go further than we expect. Not too sure about Natalie referring to Audley as Shrek though. I have heard people say they already have names but I'm not sure. I heard someone early doors suggest Russell & Flavia have referred to themselves as Team Flavant while someone more recently says they have been called Team Flussell. I feel that Team Gracace sounds better for them and Team Autalie for Audley & Natalie.

Audley should realise that his partner is called Nat - A - lee, not Natlee!

No real surprises with either or them at this stage - Audley is such a huge chap in every way, it must be presenting Natalie with a few headaches - although he does appear to be a very relaxed individual which is good news, whereas Russell,even with his long show business background is clearly petrified at the prospect of dancing. Yes it seems that all team names have already been chosen. It would be good to have a list of what they are before tomorrow's first live programme - does anyone have a list of them?



I'm sure Anita and Robin are Team Dobbin and Holly and Artem are Team Hartem.

Lovely upright posture from Audley. I was expecting to see the crouching crab closed body language. Elegant. Nice to see Natalie encouraging him to celebrate his size and also asking him how he learns best. Not sure how he will manage to move quickly in the latin, maybe he could have those little roller wheels put into his heels? A promising start.



Russell - Has the show biz personality which makes an audience a little more forgiving. He's got rhythm and character and bags of charisma. He seems to feel the beat. I agree with celebrating what you can do. It's pointless to constantly beat yourself up over mistakes. It doesn't help and eventually it just eats away at your confidence even more. Well done Flavia for remaining positive.

If I could choose a pro to teach me, I'd pick Natalie. She just has a knack for teaching dance. I'm confident she'll get the best out of Audley.



Russell and Flavia look like they're going to be tremenedous fun!

Audley moves like a rock. Russell needs to be pulled apart and he over thinks things. You can tell he doesn't like relinquishing control. I think a few celebs try to be a partner far too early. They needs time to grow and it's forced because people can't help trying to contribute. Some though just can not stand to be the lesser in a partnership regardless of being out of the expertise.

Audley has always been too smart a guy to be a boxer as well as senstitive perhaps over senstitive at times. I follow the sport and he has been booed into a boxing ring and the punters have laughed at him being knocked out he has under performed which is where all the Fraudley nicknames have come in. Better boxers like Floy Mayweather and Joe Clazaghe, Evander Holyfield have been pretty awful. As for Russell he is enjoying it which is the main thing and wants to do his best I don't think he is a Widdy but I also hope he is not a Sarge and he'll go when it starts to get serious.

After watching the first live programme and seeing Russell get a standing ovation it looks like he's intending to pick up anne's mantle from last year which is a shame I think. Instead of giving us a proper routine he will be relying on bigger and bigger daft props etc and playing everything for laughs. Yes he will probably end up staying longer but it's not what Strictly should be about, which is going on a journey and learn to dance to very best of your ability!

Audley did surprisingly well on the first live programme considering he and Natalie only had about three days of rehearsal after he returned from USA. Thought Natalie did wonders with him everything considered. Craig came down very heavily on his 'paddle' hands - but sure this is something easily sorted by Natalie - expect to see a big improvement next time they dance.
