Strictly Get Dancing event - learn the dance with Karen Hardy
You've probably already heard about the exciting series of 'Strictly Get Dancing' events that are happening around the UK in October - if not, you can read more HERE.
Then of course there's also the brilliant opportunity to come down to BBC Television Centre in West London and perform a massive group dance alongside 500 other people on Sunday 7th November. But what about the dance, I hear you ask? How do we learn it?
Well former Strictly Come Dancing champion (and long-time friend to the series) Karen Hardy has choreographed a routine for you to learn. If you want to apply for tickets to the Strictly Get Dancing Event in TV Centre, you'll need to learn this routine before you show up.

I passed my empire award with honours many many years ago and have just gone through Karens routine and am glad to say I haven't lost the touch (however neighbours might beg to differ if they were watching!!!). How great that dancing can now be fun and sexy and not only that it keeps you fit. A far cry from the dances that I learnt when you could only show just a bit of leg when I was working hard and winning medals for Latin and Ballroom. Thanks Karen. Bring on some more please

Why don't we all STOP posting comments until the BBC come to their senses.
They are not even taking the best bits from DWTS such as the judges deciding on their favourite dance from the 'previous' evening and opening the results show with that dance.
I have lived and breathed dancing since I was 10 (I am now 56)and have been at the O2 every time Strictly has been there - no more - this is the end....................................

There was a photographer who took loads of shots of us dancing - how can I find out how to access the photos please? It was such good fun!
