All hail the mighty Friday. Thursday is my favourite but Friday is a corker. Let’s make it count. A weekend for telling your family that they’re not so bad after all.

A seasonal movie show adjustment means that we have a midday start and just for an hour. There is, as you know, a lot of sport going on and so we bow gracefully and wave on the commenters, analysts and assorted ex-players.

Then with a sprint and skip, with energy to spare, the ARF will blast out of your radio, picking up where Serious Jockin’ leaves off. And let’s try 1994 for your fine music choices. Hello The National Lottery, The Vicar of Dibley and (therefore) women priests in the C of E. At the movies it was Four Weddings And A Funeral, Forrest Gump and Pulp Fiction but what song would grace the start of today’s show?
