...and all all the assorted paraphernalia too. What a lousy job. You know it's worth doing the job properly but the temptation to just stuff it all back in the boxes is very strong. But careful wrapping, placing and folding has meant that December 2014 will be a calmer time. Unless the boxes get a battering in the loft and it all crumbles to dust. So now the house looks a bit empty, sparse and bereft. How do you replace an eight foot tree thats been shining and sparkling in your front room? I'm thinking of wearing fairy lights around the house. Spreading the love.
Good to have the team back yesterday, firing on all cylinders I think. New Book club choice announced today and our guest is Susanna Reid, BBC Breakfast host and Strictly star. Susanna is great and a terrific presenter though I still remain immune to the charms of ballroom dancing. Maybe Susanna can convert me. She made it to the final of course, losing out to Abbey Clancy but will strut her stuff on the Strictly tour. So let's try SPARKLY n SPANGLY oldies with lots of TEETH.
