Friday has come around fast even for those of us HAVE BEEN WORKING SINCE MONDAY. And very welcome the weekend is too, even if that decoration clear-away, tree-chucking, needle-sweeping chore is a bit of a grind. But it is Twelfth Night so thats the deal. By the time Monday comes around, our homes will be trimmer, leaner and more efficient than ever.
So as my fim reviewing partner is STILL NOT WORKING I have no film show duties this week which means I shall arrive all fresh and gorgeous for the ARF kicking off with the wondrous year of 1976. The Sex Pistols are on the Bill Grundy Show, the heatwave and the drought are a national obsession and John Curry wins gold at the Winter Olympics. At the movies its Rocky! A Star Is Born and All The Presidents Men. And on you radio?
