Thursday already and it's but a short hop, skip and a jump to the weekend. Always liked Thursdays but with the addition of food and Bob Harris, often in the same room at the same time, it has got even better.
So yesterday’s ABC love-in was a fine thing and the gold lamé sheen that covered the show was most enjoyable. SO many folk loved that first album and all Martin had to do was provide us with permission to love it all over again-and I think he has done just that. Viva Martin!
So Nigel marks National Vegetarian Week with his espresso-rubbed tomahawk steak, which is about as butch a steak as you’ll come across. It’s still on the bone! It looks like an axe! It has got coffee rubbed into it! So as it is Foodie Thursday, how about songs with RECIPES in? Ingredients, cooking methods - all of that (in case that helps). That way the whole show can simmer in an aromatic bath of loveliness before the Nige swings his tomahawk.
