No cough syrup

...was taken in preparation for yesterday's show (despite suggestions to the contrary). I would like to blame some food substance or other but unless soup and a broccoli/cottage cheese salad can take the rap, it may well just be me. Which isn't very reassuring really. There is some research out today which suggests that teenagers work best in silence and not with any music on (so my dad was right)-maybe I can blame that? It's that I just can't concentrate with music playing? No that seems like a career shortening suggestion to me. I was actually being scatty on purpose, it's an act. There, sorted.

Nige today after 6 (can't remember exactly but a spicy thing with fish springs to mind). And oldies please for THE DARTS. There's loads of coverage on the BDO World Darts Championship at Frimley Green, raucous crowds, great theatre. It was huge in the 80s and it seems Darts is back and fashionable again. Apparently in the world of pay-tv, darts beats cricket and is second only to football. And now the oldies! Your nicely balanced, perfectly flighted songs please...
