What ho. No films to see, no coffee queues to join. Domesticity reigns. The ‘working from home’ thing is fine but when the house is full of other people who think everyone is on holiday, this becomes a little harder. Shutting the door and playing music might be the answer, or maybe monastic silence works best. I shall try both.
Tonight the show welcomes Aussie comic and star of Channel 4’s The Last Leg, Adam Hills, widely referred to as ‘the nicest man in comedy’! His uplifting positive comedy has made him one of the most popular comedians in the UK and his new show Clown Heart has kicked off around the UK this month. So looking forward to Adam on the show today (haven’t spoken since a Wimbledon many years ago) and CLOWNS seems good for the oldies. Speaking as something of a coulrophobe (that hair! That shiny nose!) this might be a challenge. But clowns it is, so man up.
