Well a good morning to you. An early one here with the new Bourne movie to see, Christophe Waltz to interview (for Tarzan), the show to do and a late-night chat with Phil Williams on 5 Live to round things off. I may well need food and drink somewhere but can't see where or when that might happen. Healthy snacking anyone?
So tracker, survivalist and woodsman Ray Mears is on the show today. Our favourite survivalist has a new TV series 'Wild France' in which he visits er, the wild bits of France. He's in the high Alps, the caves and gorges of the Ardeche and the costal waters of Brittany. No Paris, no Marseille and no hyper markets for our Ray, it looks quite wonderful. He's always a great guest with bags of wisdom and much modesty too. And RAY MEARS oldies will give you lots to go at!
