Happy new week everyone! Cheerfulness! Smiley faces and happy demeanours! There, that's better. Hope it was a top weekend. My most memorable moment was in bed (bear with me) and my new headphones. Radio 4 were celebrating International Dawn Chorus Day and broadcast the dawn as it unfolded across the world. So there I was with a stunning stereo picture, effectively lying in the middle of reed beds with bitterns, mute swans and cuckoos giving it all they've got. Listen again if you can, it was quite something.

So now Monday's show features our latest book club choice which is He Said, She Said by Erin Kelly an eclipse-themed thriller about some seriously messed up relationships. Read a chapter here! Then hear Erin after 6.

And it's MASTERCHEF THE FINALS oldies as the remaining 5 contestants realise that (altogether) 'cooking doesn't get tougher than this.' That's 9pm for the food, and anytime for the oldies. Ta!
