Oats Lovingly Baked

Friday dawns with only one show to do and one book to finish. Film programme duties taken today by top actor Dave Morrissey who will doubtless wow everyone with his charm and passion. I've told him not to be too good or else get me a role in one of his films. This seems a good deal. I never listen to my shows when I'm on holiday as this seems unhealthy and unhelpful to all. I shall assume that everyone has been fabulous.

Mr Morrissey is not, however, getting his hands on the ARF (at least not yet). That is mine sir and you can take your fancy thespian ways and park them in Hollywood, well away from the cut and thrust of Alice in Hull who wants to hear Cyndi Lauper for her hen night. We all have red lines and this is one!

Assuming I know when to stop the writing then, lets start the ARF with a song from 1970 please. Hello Hillman Hunter, goodbye half-crown. 18's voted for the first time in the General Election won by Ted Heath. Tony Jacklin won the Open, the first Glastonbury happened and your host might have sobbed after West Germany beat England 3-2 in the World Cup Finals in Mexico. But only a litte...

Choose something fab!

Have a harmonious and mellow Friday, see you after 5.
