Being brief

Apologies for skimpy text. Need to get everything going and on time and the clock is against me. A breakfast has been arranged in town and suddenly there's no time for anything. Really I should have written this last night but that feels wrong so here I am, fresh faced and Tuesday-like.

Milton Jones is my guest today and I'm intrigued. I've seen him do his thing on tv, always in the wildest shirts and always the most surreal comedian in the bunch. When, on Mock the Week, it's all getting a bit competitive and heavy, it's Milton who lightens the load and makes me laugh again. When it's getting vicious, Milton is the one who'll start telling jokes about cows. He's off on tour soon and on air today at 6.

And songs please for RECORD SHOPS as HMV calls in the administrators and generations of record buyers hold their breath. Maybe some of them can be saved but it's not looking bright for the record shop. Your local town might have an indie shop to support but the high street is always the brighter if there's a record store to browse. Record shop oldies is what we'll do, your suggestions please.
