Not Vampire Slaying

Well 23 years ago I missed my show (this was Breakfast, 1991, 1053 and 1089, 275 and 285, 97-99 FM and, quietly, 104.8 in London). This was because child 1 was on his way and I thought it might be a good idea to be there at the time, Can't remember who stepped up, I wasn't paying attention. So we have a morning of presents, cards and fizzy fish (or other brightly-coloured cheap sweets in packets). Later there'll be mature reflection about the passing of years, followed by grown up refreshment and more fizzy fish. It's a tradition, you should try it.

So Nige is cooking again tonight and we could do LOOKING BUFF songs today. Prince Charles was bemused when he was described in these terms in London yesterday and it took his elder son to explain what it meant: looking good, looking fine, looking tip top. Looking 'ripped' if that helps. It was another example of one generation not understanding the language of another (well sick etc) and nothing to do with being in the buff. As far as I know. Anyway I think we're all looking pretty buff for our years so songs please!
