Nearly there. Today I take child 3 shopping. Many bloggers will be familiar with this ritual. Arrive in large store, give child money, arrange to meet up in 30 mins by the watches. You just start to do your own shopping when child finds you after 3 mins, needing help. Child gets bored and disappears to toys, leaving you to get everything. Just like before. Ho ho hum. But then it's time for chips! Even if it's only 11am! This is not only good parenting but also good training for the indulgent season ahead.
More live festive music today and it's Amy McDonald today. Pictures would be lovely of course and maybe we can bring those back next year but it's the audio that needs to be right and as Red Sky July proved yesterday, there can be a tingle-factor with a live moment. Amy was poorly earlier in the month-she collapsed in Salzburg and had to rearrange some gigs- but she's got the all clear now and will back in action for us tonight.
