...breakfast because we don't do that kind of thing at home. Not normally anyway. It is also bacon, beans and fried bread free also-the healthy breakfast thing is only possible when the bad stuff isn't laid out for you on hot plates. The yoghurt isn't quite so appealing I must admit but it does give me the chance of living a little longer.

So back home with a house full of coughs, temperatures, thermometers, vitamin C, cough sweets and everything else needed for the perfect half term. At least it solved the age old 'what are we doing today?' question. We are staying put and watching moronic television, that's what.

A few minutes with Zoe on breakfast to plug the Folk Awards do tomorrow (hopefully a swinging, irresistible show) and now on with the Tuesday show which is a Tunesday by popular demand. Long songs which noodle away for more than 5 minutes are the order of the day again so if you have a favourite, pray share.

And oldies please for our noble CURLERS. The CURLING teams have been the customary hit of the games with that unique combination (as has been said before) of sport and housework. The mens and womens team are both in the semis, the men just sneaking through against Norway 6-5 this morning. So curling oldies please! Last chance for 4 years!

5pm then...
