We survived with no new medical emergencies, no new aches and pains but plenty of chilli jam, bread sauce and snacks guaranteed to fail the new 100 calorie guidelines which are out today.
We have already done one show of course, yesterday’s ARM was our traditional opener and good to be back. Wogan house was pretty much deserted, so we all have the self-righteous glow that comes with being ‘enthusiastic, hard working member of staff of the week.’ Here, have a bonus. (That was a joke).
