Morning all.
How's things down your way? Sunny autumnal Wednesday here with a suggestion of celebrity overload later. Interviewing today Eddie Izzard, Dame Judy Dench, director Darren Aronofsky (all for films) then Anthony Horowitz for his new book. In fact, last night on the way home, I was on the underground down escalator, headphones in, when I heard my name being shouted. Spinning round I saw Mr Horowitz disappearing on the up escalator. 'See you tomorrow' I yelled attractively and he was gone to some marvellous soirée somewhere.
He's a writing machine is Anthony and 'The Word Is Murder' is his latest in which one of the main characters is himself! It's quite disorientating to begin with but works brilliantly-it feels like a true story. I'm assuming it isn't. Don't miss AH after 6
So how about MYSTERY/SOLVING A MYSTERY/MYSTERIOUS songs to set the mood?
And one more interview. Edge from U2 talking about their new album and single. Then I'm all talked out.
