Finally stopped raining here but only after the kitchen sprung a leak, bringing half the cloudburst into the house. Towels and bowls were applied overnight to mop up the puddles. If that heat could pop back for a while we'd be grateful. We'll have a steam room instead of a house but I'll settle for that.

The Tony and Emmy winning actress is returning to London's West End in a play called Apologia by Alexi Kaye Campbell about a disastrous family reunion.
