He’s been on before of course but it was his reaction to one of our reviewers that was fascinating. When there was a criticism that he had too many characters in Solitude Creek, he agreed! I don’t recall any author ever accepting criticism like that, so respect to him
Today we have more Dish Up tips from Nigel and Rory Bremner after 6. His Election Report is on BBC2 tomorrow at 10pm. Rory has been at the heart of comedy, impressions and political satire for as long as most of us can remember and he’s always a top guest. We last saw him in Edinburgh and he was fired up with his show and referendum chat. My bet is today he’ll be fired up with his show and election chat so don’t miss Rory.
