...running, walking or just moving a little bit. Jo's still at it and to almost quote the Neil Young song you picked yesterday, long may she run. Well till at least 10 tonight anyway. She's had great support from everyone, it's really like a David Blaine gig out there. Bands dropping past, actors calling in and Radio 4's today presenters posing with our hero (is heroine a useful word any more? Will hero cover everyone?). And everyone amazed how perky she sounds/looks. By this time in my Comic Relief thing I would happily have hidden in a hole in the ground.
Today, lots from Jo's treadmill and Nigel cooking up 'Pomegranate-Marinated Hangar Steak with a Warm Farro Salad. I know. And Jo will get some too. How she'll eat it, who knows!
And today is apparently International Day of Happiness. It has been this decreed and so therefore you will be. The Danes are happiest and we're 9th but ahead of the French and the Germans. So that's ok then. Songs of HAPPINESS on the way! Cue Ken and all your other faves.
