Sumac, Labna and other favourites

Sunglasses needed by 5am here. It's a look, you should try it. PJ's and shades, it's a winning combo and won't lead to derision at all. Everyone will take you seriously and respect you even more. Other highlights this morning include replacing child's entire lost sports kit with a few minutes notice (lost on tube/left in locker? Who can say...) Now on with the day...

Nigel offers Lamb, Pomegranate Couscous & Sumac Labna and I haven't much of a clue whats going to happen to be there to be honest, It all sounds fabulous but I'm not sure I could point out some sumac labna if I walked passed it in the shop, but that is the point. It's an education working with Nige. If I want oregano and bay leaf (spellcheck wants to change that to bailiff) I can manage that myself. Let the sumac free and let the labna loose!
