Thats great news fair chuffed the blogs back again.Yes i would love all the above as River city is such a brilliant programme.Will Ruth be comming back again or has Scott and Ruth definately left?i hope not because they are really good actors and will be sorely missed and of course wee eliegh what a we cutie she is.Hows Stephen?i hope hes a lot better and recovering from his illness.Please let him know that we are all thinking about him and wish him a speedy recovery.Looking forward to tonights episode i wonder what Iona will think once she hears the news about big Bob meeting another lassie at the gig.Who knows maybe jealousy will get Iona and Bob back together we shall see.Brilliant programme be so lost without it as it makes my night,just love it.Keep up the good work Vikki all the best to you for the blog.

Oh i'm so excited!! my son has an audition for a new character on Thursday. Whoop!

OMG How chuffed am I Tommy McCabe returns, this is the best move ever by the script writers, I was lucky enough to meet Billy McElhaney (Jimmy Mullen) on the Edinburgh - Glasgow train last year, what a lovely, lovely man, he took the time to chat to me and my husband, I told him at the time I would love Tommy to return, just hope he stays this time, with Lenny coming back too we will need him, as for Fraser, what a sneak, cannae stand him (good plot, good acting) we need a juicy plot now, let the Mullens win some money, they are always struggling and as Tommy said Scarlett is the salt of the earth, I never miss an episode, can't make the tour this year, but hope it will still go ahead next year.

Welcome Vikki, you asked for questions, so here goes, what is wrong with Wee Bob ??? will Stevie Adams ever be released form jail and rejoin his family ? will Tommy McCabe stick around (I hope he will) he brings that dark side back to the programme, is Lenny coming back for good ? will Heather ever return ? that was a bit of a bad plot, seeing her walk into Versus and that was it no explanation as to where she had gone, I have stuck with RC through good times and bad, the bad when they changed the camera angles and we had to put up with all that awful music every episode, and the awful McKee's!!!! but it is now back on the right track and I am loving it, so well done to all, would just like things explained at the time they happen and not just be left wondering, but all in all the best soap on the box !!!!!

Hi Eloise, my apologies as i didn't spot you're comments here. I'm so glad that you're enjoying the show just now! we love to hear from people! The actor that plays Wee Bob has now recovered and has been back at work so you can expect to see him on your screens (along with sister Kelly-Marie) in the autumn! However, there are no plans for their brother Stevie or Heather to return at the moment. As for the rest of the characters, you'll just have to watch and find out!

Was left sitting on the edge of my seat after last nights episode. So enjoy River City can't wait to next week.
