Bob talking to friend Deek in the kitchen.

But he's not tackling the revelation which made him want to escape Shieldinch, preferring to sort out business with Deek instead.

What does family even mean to Bob now? He's been left with a million unanswered questions about his identity. Maybe it's inevitable that he rejected both Teresa's offer of a room and Scarlett's dinner invitation. But Bob can't ignore Scarlett and Theresa forever, can he?

Och poor Bob he just doesnt know what to do for the best.Im sure hes missing Scarlet, afterall she is the one that brought him up all of these years.Theresa has really upset wee Bobs life and of course Scarlet and Jimmy and wee Madonnas.Scarlet is more of a mother than Theresa as shes been their for him every step of the way.I felt so sorry for Scarlet as she really thought wee Bob would come but no.He is really hurting as is Scarlet and its all Theresas fault.I just hope that Scarlet and wee Bob talk and sort things out and still be their for each other. He must miss Jimmy so much too and wee Madonna and big Bob.Ok hes Theresas son but it doesnt mean to say that he has to stay with her,its Bobs life and theirs no reason why he should cut himself off from Scarlet and Jimmy and family.Theresas made her own bed she can lie in it and let Bob do what he wants, its none of her business.

Well done to the River City writers for being the only soap to incorporate Remembrance Sunday in their script. It was beautifully written and very reverently portrayed by the cast involved in the scene. The repeat showing will be all the more poignant when it is broadcast on THE day.

I too thought it was good that RC had Remembrance Sunday in the script, but thought it was a missed opportunity. I thought something moving was going to be said when Malcolm said he didn't want to talk about it, some important moment, but he never mentioned it again. Jack's death in Corrie was fantastic and RC could learn a lot from it.
