You have no idea how much the sound of this makes my mouth water. I am living in Mexico City at the moment ( https://www.mexicocityvibes.com ) and I am longing for something a little more savoury and European. Please do not get me wrong, the quality of meat is exceptional. For example, the country produces a lot of maize and so chickens are cornfed as a standard. But personally, nothing touches European food.
