Snow watch: stunning photos of the turning seasons in the UK

Across many parts of the UK snow has begun to fall.
In the Highlands of Scotland, mountains and gardens alike have been treated to heavy showers of crisp snow. Scarborough's beach is now covered in snow, meanwhile Londoners awoke to a frosty morning.
