At 20:48 25th Nov 2010, Les wrote:good evening, maybe not a good time to report on the last show but i hope you can help. i live in suffolk and last week while talking to a fellow lover of wild life he told me that a freind had witnessed what he thaught was a sad event, it seems that the R.S.P.C.A have been gathering urban foxes and treating their health problems and making sure they are in top condition ready to be released into the rural areas between suffolk and norfolk borders. they had released about one hundred and sixty foxes into the country side, but there has been a seriouse problem as the R.S.P.C.A have not required permission from the local farmers and when a man in a van was releasing some foxes onto some farm land he was confronted by a farmer asking what he was doing, when the gentlman had explained he was only releasing the foxes back into the wild the farmer said not on my land. now what followed was sad, he said if you release the fox on his land he would shoot them, the R.S.P.C.A.warden said he had done his job and what happens after was not his problem so the farmer shot the foxes as they were being released. i cannot confirm this but the man was a freind of the farmer and was very upset at the news so can you find out if this has happend.
