After making some incredible music in the late 80s, William turned his back on it all and refused to even mention anything about the tracks he’d created. Some say he moved to Russia to study film, some say he moved to the UK to become a lawyer, others believe he found God. Either way, when this show received the Who Is William Onyeabor? album, we just couldn’t put it down. And now Luaka Bop has team up with Moog, to create a William Onyeabor remix project involving the likes of John Talabot, James Holden, Daphni, Optimo, Dâm-Funk and Secret Circuit. This song is question is remixed by New York-based producer Policy – lovingly prepared leaving enough of the original intact whilst adding his own four-on-the-floor treatment.
