Free download time again and, after our New Zealand Sounds #PeoplesPlaylist last week, we sticking with the southern hemispheres with brother/sister duo Broods.
This is their debut single Georgia Nott and brother Caleb, who originate from Auckland, New Zealand – the same town as Lorde no less. They threw this song up online and it’s now had listens to the tune of 250,000. They’re also an ambitious duo who are thinking big: “we have to build our own identity outside of Lorde and the rest of New Zealand music.” An EP is due in February but this is still very early days for the pair.
