Whoever Howl is, it seems he’s from London and might be called Josh. And when we say ‘he’, a couple of the pics we managed to find were of a male man…so make of that what you will. ‘Clean’ is taken from a forthcoming “split” with Bagel Project and this caught our ears after bearing a passing resemblance to Kurt Vile and the like.
