Mason is a production duo from Holland who have been “fighting musical mediocrity since MCMXCV”. They also have a penchant for finding animal faces in everyday objects. The remixer in question is Australia’s Beni and he’s going full-on, deep Chicago on us, complete with cut-up sampled vocals and a feeling that things are about to start getting a bit wobbly. The EP, of the same name, has various other remixes and original tracks and sees the light of day on 1st September. Debut album ZOA is out 26th August and is well worth your time and effort.
