The first MPFree of the week is a belter and comes from the mighty DJ Shadow. The Liquid Amber EP features two new tracks and a remix of “Six Days” by Machinedrum.
The name 'Liquid Amber' is not only the moniker for the EP, but also the name of the new imprint from Shadow. The other good news (other than some free music) is that Shadow is promising this to be "the opening salvo in what I hope is a long string of music, by myself and others, on my new imprint." Exciting times.
