Yellow Days is now on the Radio 1 playlist! Listen out for him being played by our daytime DJs all week.

Supported by: Steph Nieuwenhuys from BBC Music Introducing in Solent and Melita Dennett from Introducing in The South!

Style: Bluesy R&B meets alt-rock.

Essential: Yellow Days is George van den Broek, a singer, songwriter and producer from Surrey. He has been supported by Introducing in Solent and The South since 2016. His music blends blues, R&B, alt-rock and indie with deep bass grooves, and he's influenced by King Krule, Tame Impala and Ray Charles. We absolutely love his style - and we're not the only ones; his track ‘Gap In The Clouds’ was used in a trailer for Donald Glover’s ‘Atlanta'! No biggy...
