BBC Marketing and Audiences is privileged to have access to a vast range of data about audience trends and habits, and the BBC Online Briefing is always a great opportunity for us to share some of our findings with you.

We recently conducted research around a topic we labelled ‘Digital Needs’ – exploring the human needs people seek to fulfil digitally and how this differs between different demographic segments.
