This is a chap called Connor, he won the Teen Hero award for overcoming adversity over the last year. He was involved in a very serious fire and was rewarded on the afternoon with the accolade and a hug from Katy Perry at the Radio 1 Teen Awards.
I think it's fair to say Katy scrubs up quite well:
It's OK to say that publicly because my girlfriend quite fancies her too.
