Back to the land of the dead...
Well, perhaps that's an over exaggeration, but it got your attention didn't it!
It was a little bit of a shock to the system to hear the alarm buzz in my ears at 2:30am this morning but it was so good to be back home doing my own show. It sounds stupid but I really did miss it all. It was a great fun couple of week's doing Scott's show but there is something quite special about early mornings.
I can also get away with alot more naughty bits at that time which is always a bonus. Predictable radio does my head in. What's the point in listening if you know what's going to happen?!
I got a call from one of the producers of Fearne's show today asking me to be in the DVD clinic tomorrow at half 2. Thing is that I don't really like films that much. I mean, I do like films but there are SO many big films that I haven't seen. I always have those awkward conversations with people. You know the ones... "oh, have you seen "No Country for Old Men?" "No." Conversation killer.
Here's a list of 5 of the world's most famous and critically acclaimed films. Every single one has NOT been seen by me:
1) One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
2) Pulp Fiction
3) Lord of the Rings
4) Silence of the Lambs
5) Citizen Kane
Films are just something I really have to be in the mood for. When I watch them, I think, "oh, I love films, I need to watch more of them" but then I get over that and put 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' back on.
Here's a question: What massive blockbuster films that all your mates have seen that you haven't? Don't be shy, we're all friends here. Post the names of the films in the comments below.
That's all for now!

I could have seen any film I really wanted to (when we used to get free rentals at Blockbuster because my mum was an assistant store manager), but I haven't managed to see any of those, and like macdamo, have not even seen Star Wars all the way through!
Yet, I've seen every single Harry Potter film...

Due to this I haven't seen any of the films you've listed. Actually, I have seen the first Lord of the Rings adn that was ok...but I left an hour into the 2nd one cos my best friend didn't feel well and couldn't be arsed to ever watch it.
Totally agree with you about Monty Python- they are amazing! Holy Grail is my fave :)
I think I'm actually the only person on earth who's never seen Anchorman...
