Jean is on edge as she struggles to cope with working in both the Vic and Scarlett's. Ian, though, is desperate to keep her sweet, and so gives her a glass of vino as a treat for all her hard work. Little does he realise, Jean's horoscope has told her to look out for treats as they could signal romance!
As Jean's awkwardness makes her clumsy in the kitchen, Ian tries to complement her more and more, to keep her on-side! When she pulls off a perfect meal, Ian goes in for a congratulatory kiss...
Awkward turtle! Jean is not impressed, and in a total panic she lashes out and slaps Ian, much to the amusement of Poppy and Whitney, who witness the whole scene.
Poor old Ian hasn't got a clue what's going on, and the Beale face of bafflement is out in force. Jean kicks off and accuses him of trying it on, and before he knows it, Ian's facing a workforce in revolt!
