The General Election - how tracking the BBC's audiences informed output
The BBC audience team are to hold a special College of Journalism seminar looking at how they worked with News and programmes to make the audience a vital part of the General Election coverage.
During this interactive session, the team will share how they worked together on the biggest story of the year, outlining lessons learnt and how this approach can be applied to all areas of BBC coverage.
The session will be run by Richard Addy, Special Adviser, the Journalism Group, and Luba Kassova, Head of Audiences, BBC Journalism.
