Kevin Marsh, the Executive Editor of the BBC College of Journalism, took part in a special media inquiry at the Frontline Club looking at the invasion of Iraq.
The panel considered what role the media played in the conflict, whether reporters were duped and if Iraq has been fully reported since the invasion.
