Ric Bailey, the BBC's Chief Adviser, Politics and David Cowling, Editor, Politics for Political Programmes, Analysis and Research, are holding a lunchtime seminar looking at the practical implications of the new political scene.

They'll assess how things will work in the House of Commons and how to achieve a balance of opinion on issues without putting two government spokespersons up against one Labour.
