Politics, comedy, Jamaican rugby and hip-hop dance theatre. That's the line-up on UK Black, a 30-minute weekly podcast of the best bits of BBC local radio programmes aimed at the UK African and Caribbean community.

This week, top billing is awarded to BBC Radio Leicester for interviews with election candidates from the BNP, Green Party and UKIP.

Another highlight is BBC Gloucestershire's visit from the Jamaican Rugby League team, here in the UK to play in the Cheltenham Rugby League Nines tournament.

Incidentally, UK Black is presented by the amiable actor and playwright Kwame Kwei-Armah and is available every Tuesday.
