As journalists get used to the idea that their own platform - radio, TV, website, newspaper - is just one among a multiplying number on which people are expressing themselves, it's handy to have an update of what's out there.

Below is a 'Top 100 Tools for Learning 2009' compiled by Wiltshire-based social learning consultant Jane Hart after canvassing 278 associates worldwide. Sooner or later, you're going to find yourself hearing about something important through one of these channels.
