The Channel 4 News Washington correspondent and presenter Matt Frei gave a fascinating and very amusing account of some of the key moments in his career and the people who have influenced and inspired him.
He was speaking to Vin Ray as part of the BBC College of Journalism and Frontline Club 'Reflections' series.
Matt chose examples ranging from Martin Bell reporting in Bosnia and an interview with Giorgio Armani, to seeing the devastation caused by the earthquake in Haiti and Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
