Join us to debate this and to launch the book Investigative Journalism: Dead or Alive?, based on a BBC College of Journalism conference, edited by John Mair and Richard Keeble, and published by Abramis on 20 September.

The event will be chaired by Kevin Marsh, former Editor of BBC Radio 4's Today programme.
