All good things come to an end – the summer holidays are almost over, and it’s not just your little ones who are heading back into the classroom!
CBeebies Radio has a host of special shows designed to make going back to school or nursery less daunting, whether children are starting for the very first time or simply going back after the long summer break.
We’ve been busy recording shows with lots of CBeebies favourites. Mr Bloom visited a school in Manchester to find out all about their environmental projects – which include a butterfly garden and a nature valley – and Nina left her lab to meet some children at a school in Scotland who gave her a tour of their science and inventions showcase. If your little ones have been following the new series of The Great British Bake Off they’ll enjoy hearing another group of children making a rainbow salad with Katy from I Can Cook. Meanwhile, Alex joins a little girl called Mia for her very first day at school.
