There has been talk about what the earlier episodes of being human if given names might be called I had an idea and enough spare time to come up with suggestions so here they are.

OOOHHHHH---- cant wait! It really will be sparks flying down at Barry in Honolulu Heights. And they were worried about a mere zombie drawing too much attention to them!

Nice list of suggestions Ewan! Love the sith style lenses that Nina's got there! I've got a pair myself and they're certainly freaky!!

I also take it we're going to see Christa going through a change as well this week? I wonder where she goes to hide and if she knows the chicken trick too.. lol.

1 - Good titles,



Quick question.

How come it hurt the Zombies being disected but it didnt hurt Sasha when she got stabbed with the trophy?

5 - Decomposition. they were fresh and could still feel in the beginning. However as time passed the pain receptors would have rotted away meaning Sasha would no longer feel pain.

and they were dead the dead dont feel real pain in the word of annie they say there organs being removed of couse your going to scream ??and sasha hole why was it so perfect all the way through the statue was like cinda pointy at the top she would have a cone like shaped ??

7 - in order to remove the trophy there was a lot of twisting and yanking hence round hole.

Alright you guys, questions:



1. What would happen to weres if there was a total solar eclipse?

2. What would happen if a vamp turned someone who had been almost killed in a were attack?

3. Dos weres/vamps pass on to ghosts?

4. If yes, are thay still were/vamp?

Oh my I'm so excited I can't even describe it!

Can't wait to see the Annie/Mitchell storyline or the George/Nina one...so bascially I can't wait to see the whole episode...lol



Just have to say I love the werewolves' eyes! I kind of just want to stare at their eyes in amazement :P

11 - I'll give it a go



1 - Solar eclipse Well when there is a full moon the moon is at an angle to the Earth that could create in it's self a particular angle of gravity on the body of the werewolf to cause the transformation.



Another take is that it could either block their strenght and senses or increase them without changing them into the beast.

One thing is the eclipse only lasts a comparatively brief while a few minutes at the most.



So It would depend on the mythology you want to follow



2 - That is a question that will depend on your perspective and on another question would a vampire bother to find out in the first place?

My theory is based on the fact a werewolf attack wouldn't leave much to be a vampire in the first place. So wouldn't be an issue.



3 - We know that weres can become ghosts thanks to Amy McBride at CenSSA HQ Vampires I don't think so (could be wrong) after all there is little chance of a Vampire having unfinished business.



4 - With vamps I would think they would be freed of the vampire thing and have to face what they'd done Dry. After all they became vampires after they died, so their souls would just be that.

From Amy's Ghost she died trying to transform but still was part way between as a ghost. Suggesting that werewolves in effect combine with the beast it's self - Not sure only guessing here. So they would still be werewolves when they die.

Sunday at last! Another day of fidgeting and inability to concentrate on anything. Did anyone else notice that McNair appears to be transforming at the 'cage facility' as well as the speculation about Nina being there? Check out the last shot of last week's trailer for Ep 4. The yellow pattern behind him seems to be the same as appeared in Ep 1.



On another note, does ANYONE know whether it is possible to get BBC3 online in France? I'm going there in three weeks' time and don't think I can wait till I get back to catch Ep7. Disasterous holiday scheduling!

According to wikipedia, solar eclipses can only happen at a new moon. So they shouldn't cause any trouble to werewolves, I guess.

In answer to your question, I'm guessing she was hoping to possess the other girl so it's effectively her mind running the body (I can't really imagine her wanting to share, can you? I hope she asked permission first! Can she be seen now?)



I'm not sure how it works with ghosts in Being Human though. They seem to be able to interact with the world in every other way, i.e. touch people and move things around. That being said I think Annie (or another ghost) sais she couldn't be seen or touch anything, so maybe they're not touching things in quite the way we do. I.e. when pouring tea, maybe she can't actually feel the tea pot, etc, maybe it's more a mind over matter thing with her hand located in the location of the tea-pots handle... if that makes sense.

29, Yes, thinking back I think you're right. I do wonder how it works with touching objects, etc, though. It seems ghosts are fairly common-place in this world (although most pass over) and it's a wonder most normal people don't see objects move or vanish more often. Just from ghosts picking up objects I mean, not the full TK powers Annie developed in the previous series.

In the first series there all the bestest buddys and would literally die for each other but now it seams to be more off a love storie show between both Nina and George and Mitchell and Annie,



but i dnt really mind becaus im a die hard fan.

Somewhere in all this blog-goodness someone started a discussion about Herricks age. Well, in one episode he mentions that he had a coloured picture-book as a child. That would mean that he was born sometime in the 19-th century. He MUST be born in the 19-th century to be around 40 when he turns Mitchell during WW1, but obviously he could have been born before that if it hadn't been for that picture book. Coloured picture books for children would have been extremely rare before the 19-th century, but gained popularity quite quickly during that century.



Besides, for some reason I have always pictured boy Herrick as sporting a dark blue velvet jacket with a big lace collar. That blonde hair in a side parting, with a straw hat on top. Looking like an angel, but smacking cockroaches to death with a slipper when nobody is watching.

Am I getting the impression that it is a bit lonely here at the blog today?

@69. I see the idea of REDEMPTION- great thought! I know I may have plugged this before, but I really believe that CARA will play a big part in the resolution of this series, however it turns out, because of her blind loyalty to HERRICK- would she fall on a sword meant for him? The thing is, I've always thought that her character has proven a terrific device to portray feelings and actions by others, bringing out their sense of conscience or in HERRICK's case, the lack of it. Will he just use her again?



As for Nina, she, I think, is a bit of a device as well to drive certain plots along. I know I may get shot down for this but although many others may 'see' her as the 4th musketeer, I see her as a real danger to the original 3......

Same here i red that shes turns Mitchell into the police for the Box Tunnel.
